Privacy Policy
SMS Mobile App stores user accounts, drafts, templates, scheduled jobs, send history, and device metadata in Firebase Firestore (Google Cloud, EU + US regions). Contacts read with READ_CONTACTS stay on the device — they are not uploaded. SMS content is sent directly from the user's SIM card; there is no third-party SMS gateway in the path. Analytics: Firebase Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Amplitude, and Yandex Metrica run on the web companion (anonymized event data). Errors are reported to Sentry. Users in the EU/UK have GDPR rights (access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection); California residents have CCPA rights. Email aoneahsan@gmail.com to exercise any of them. Where is my data stored?

Is my SMS content visible to anyone else?
SMS content sent from your SIM goes directly from your phone to the carrier; no third-party SMS gateway sees it. Drafts and scheduled jobs are stored in Firestore under your user ID, protected by security rules.
What analytics tools are used?
Firebase Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Amplitude, and Yandex Metrica on the web companion. Sentry for error reporting. None of them receive SMS content.
How do I delete my account?
Visit /account-deletion and use the email-deletion-request button (or email aoneahsan@gmail.com directly). Deletion is processed within 14 days; backups age out within 90 days.
Do you sell or share my data?
No. Personal data is not sold, rented, or shared with advertisers. Anonymized analytics is processed by the providers listed above per their terms.
GDPR / CCPA — what rights do I have?
