Terms of Service
SMS Mobile App is provided as-is, free of charge, with no warranty. By using it you agree not to send spam, not to impersonate others, not to send unlawful content, and to comply with your local SMS laws (TCPA in the US, PECR in the UK, GDPR in the EU, etc.). The volunteer device pool requires explicit opt-in retention. Account suspension applies to any user found violating these terms; we reserve the right to remove access without refund (since the service is free, there is nothing to refund). Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
